Course Prerequisite
Persons that have successfully completed training in the Restricted Activities or Intermediate or Advanced category and have kept their certification current by retesting from an approved provider may take the appropriate category refresher course to comply with this procedure. A failing grade on the refresher test, requires that the full course must be taken and successfully completed. A wallet card from an approved provider must be no more than four years old to be considered current.

Registration Fees
On or before April 7, 2010
FES & FICE Members = $275
Non-members = $375

After April 7, 2010
FES & FICE Members = $325
Non-members = $425

Registration & Payment Deadline
All registrations must be received at FES Headquarters by close of business (5 p.m. EST) on April 7, 2010.  This course may fill to capacity before the registration deadline listed.  If this happens, you will be notified and given the opportunity to be placed on a waiting list. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline on a space-available basis. A $50 late fee applies. Please call (800) 277-0086 to see if we can accommodate you.  Your registration will be cancelled and offered to patrons on our waiting list if we do not receive your payment by April 7, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

Confirmation E-mail
Upon registering for this course you will receive a confirmation email, please keep this email for your records.  If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 10 business days, please contact our office at (850) 224-7121.  Prior to the seminar you will receive an additional email with frequently asked questions.

Cancellation
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing before 5:00 p.m., April 7, 2010.  The cancellation fee is $50. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.  Substitutions are permitted any time. However, if non-members are taking the place of members, a full non-member registration fee will be charged. Please be prepared to remit additional fees.

Continuing Education Credit
FBPE Approved Provider #0003823
The Florida Engineering Society is an approved provider of continuing education from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. The FICE Advanced WZTC Course has been approved for 6 PDHs of technical credit that can be used for PE license renewal.

Group Rate:  $104.00/night, plus applicable tax (single/double occupancy)
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by a credit card.

The hotel reservation deadline is April 1, 2010.  Please note that this is the date through which the hotel will hold any rooms left in the block, but it does not guarantee that room will not sell out prior to the reservation deadline.  Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible to help ensure rate and availability.
