Hotel Accommodations
The Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort, located at 1751 Hotel Plaza Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830, is the site of the conference. A discounted room rate of $129 (single/double occupancy) plus tax will be available until our room block is full. Please make your room reservation well in advance of April 12th to ensure rate and availability.

Conference Registration Deadline – Thursday, April 12, 2010
Pre-registration and payment are required by April 22nd. After April 12th add $50. Please call for availability 850-224-7121.

Only registration forms with full payment will be accepted (VISA, MC, or check in advance will be accepted as full payment).  Mail checks payable to Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers to GMEC Conference, PO Box 750, Tallahassee, FL, 32302-0750. 
 
Payment Deadline – April 22, 2010
Only full payment guarantees your registration.  Your registration will be cancelled and offered to patrons on our waiting list if we do not receive your payment by April 22nd. A $50 Late Fee applies to registrations taken after April 22nd.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing before 5:00 p.m., April 22, 2010.  The cancellation fee is $50.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 22nd. 

Substitutions are permitted at any time.  However, if non-members take the place of members, a full non-member registration fee will be charged.  Please be prepared to pay at the registration desk.

Confirmation Email   Customer Number
Your confirmation email showing your customer number is proof of your registration.  If you have not received one within 10 business days of your registration, please call 850-224-7121.

Please save your confirmation email and your customer number for: Course Material Download
Your course material will be available for download from our website www.fleng.org. Complete instructions will be emailed by April 27th.You may order a set of course materials to be delivered at the conference.
Price: $50 per set

Certificate of Attendance Download
Certificates may be downloaded from our website. Within 10 business days of the conference, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the certificate.

Special Needs
In compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact us at (850) 224-7121 to inform us of any special needs that are required to allow your full participation in this program.  Please notify us within 30 days of the program to allow sufficient time to accommodate these requests.

Eligibility for tax deductions may apply.  Check with your accountant regarding expenses.
