Ardmore Roderick’s Jimenez Awarded 2023 Engineer of the Year by FES
ORLANDO, FL — Eric M. Jimenez, PE, Vice President and Director of Southeast Operations of Ardmore Roderick, was awarded the 2023 Engineer of the Year Award by Florida Engineering Society (FES). The Engineer of the Year Award is given annually to a member of FES who best exemplifies the ideal image of the Professional Engineer in recognition of establishing a record of consistent quality over a long period.
“It’s a true honor to be recognized for the work that we do in Florida,” Jimenez said. “I look forward to continuing to support the engineering profession and bringing my experience and expertise to our clients across the state and the Southeast region.”
Jimenez joined Ardmore Roderick in 2018 to expand their design and construction services in Florida. He has been responsible for over $1 billion in design and construction services for various clients. Jimenez is the incoming Chair of Florida Engineers in Construction (FECON) and a 2020 FECON Individual Excellence Award winner. He chairs the Industry Advisory Board for the School of Construction Design, Engineering, and Information Technologies at Seminole State College. He is a 2019 Florida Engineering Leadership Institute graduate, a member of various professional and engineering organizations, and gives back to the Orlando community through volunteer work.
