FES is proud to support the efforts of the Florida Engineering Foundation. FEF promotes and enhances engineering education in the Sunshine State to better help position Florida as a technological leader in the global economy. FEF provides college scholarships, supports MATHCOUNTS®, provides STEM grants for K-12 programs, supports student chapter programs at Florida public universities and colleges, teams up with ASCE to support their Engineering Encounters Bridge Design contest, supports the ACE Mentoring program, Student Astronaut Challenge, First Robotics competition and Inspire program.
With almost 44,000 Professional Engineers licensed in the state, the Florida Board of Professional Engineers (FBPE) is committed to protecting the interest of public health and safety by properly regulating the practice of engineering.
